Avi Gordon is the Director of the Integral Yoga Teachers Association, a global community of yoga teachers, and host of the Integral Yoga Podcast. A mind-body coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and author of the novel A Light in the Tunnel — a story envisioning a better future — Avi brings a wide-ranging curiosity to everything he does. He has lived and taught across Taiwan, South Korea, Israel, and the US, and finds his deepest inspiration in fatherhood, silence, nature, sports, and writing.
