Relax and rejuvenate through a holistic blend of gentle movement, mindfulness, and connection. Together, we will cultivate deep peace by calming the mind, restoring the body, and immersing ourselves in a supportive group and the healing presence of nature.

This workshop offers comprehensive guidance in restorative yoga and stress reduction, along with:

  • A morning of gentle Tai Chi to cultivate balance and ease of movement
  • Guided meditation for deep relaxation and mental clarity
  • Practical stress management techniques for daily life
  • A guided hike to ground and restore your energy
  • Opportunities to connect, share, and feel supported by a welcoming community

Mornings begin a little later, with a restorative class in place of the usual early Hatha, so you can truly rest.

Weekend highlights:

  • The Science & Art of Restoration: Why We Need to Slow Down, with Avi (Friday evening)
  • Restorative Yoga with Avi (Saturday morning)
  • Managing Stress: Yogic Tools for Daily Life, with Swami Vidyananda
  • A Balanced Restorative Practice with Linda Santoshi
  • Moving Meditation: Tai Chi with StewArt (Sunday morning)
  • Taking It Home, a closing session with Avi to carry the weekend into daily life

Whether you are looking to manage daily stress, navigate a major life transition, or simply unplug and recharge, this program offers a safe, nurturing space for renewal.

The program is open to participants of all levels, and no prior experience with Tai Chi or meditation is needed. All props will be supplied, and individual guidance will be available throughout the weekend.
