Gather at the Heart of Integral Yoga

Join us at Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville, the international headquarters and spiritual home of Integral Yoga, for a global gathering of practitioners, teachers, and seekers. Set in the Blue Ridge foothills and centered on the Light Of Truth Universal Shrine (LOTUS), these five days bring our worldwide sangha together in one place.

We host this gathering every two years in Virginia, alternating with the European conference. If you have been waiting for the right year to make the journey, this is it.

Why We Gather

Personal renewal. Deepen your daily practice, gain practical insight into yogic living, and find real space for study, reflection, and rest.

Global sangha. Build lasting relationships across borders and lineages, share what you have learned, and take up together the question of how Integral Yoga serves the world we actually live in.

The Program

  • Daily group sadhana — morning and evening meditation, pranayama, and Hatha Yoga for every level
  • Wisdom workshops and talks — philosophy, lifestyle, anatomy, and the subtle practices, led by senior Integral Yoga teachers and international guests
  • Guided discussion groups — facilitated forums on the classical texts, on the difficulties that arise in practice, and on living the teachings in daily life
  • Collective practice at the LOTUS — group meditation and silence at the shrine dedicated to the one truth behind all paths
  • Creative and expressive arts — art projects, dance, flower arrangement, and tea ceremony
  • Evening satsang, kirtan, and music — nightly kirtan and sound healing, devotional singing, inspiring talks, and celebration that runs late into the evening
  • Outdoor and community gatherings — hiking, group games, and a closing-night bonfire
  • Ashram life — walks along the James River, the nature trails, and fresh vegetarian meals prepared with care

What to Expect

Five days that balance study, practice, and genuine human connection. Keynote sessions and workshops give the days structure; the mornings at the shrine, the evenings of kirtan, and the unhurried conversations between sessions are where much of it actually happens. You will leave with a renewed practice, perspectives from practitioners on several continents, and the felt sense of belonging to something larger than your own mat.

Who Should Come

Everyone who resonates with these teachings: longtime teachers, ashram alumni, dedicated students, and those meeting Integral Yoga for the first time. Our sangha is richer for its range of backgrounds and experience, and there is a place here for yours. Come join the global conversation. We look forward to welcoming you to Yogaville.
