This program offers a holistic and integrative approach to addressing the root causes of addictive and compulsive behaviors through the precise application of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan—the yoga of awareness. Drawing on yogic practice, meditation, therapeutic nutrition, sound, and spiritual reconnection, participants are guided toward restoring balance, resilience, and inner clarity.

This work supports both personal healing and professional development, offering tools that are practical, embodied, and deeply transformative.

Participants will explore how to work skillfully with patterns of addiction and dysregulation through:

  • Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditation practices that strengthen awareness and self-regulation
  • Nutrition principles and therapeutic juice formulas that support detoxification and nervous system repair
  • Sound and affirmation therapy to re-pattern subconscious habits
  • Practices for spiritual reconnection and restoring a sense of meaning and purpose

This approach has been shown to be effective in supporting challenges related to:

  • Drugs and alcohol
  • Food issues and eating disorders
  • Codependency and relationship patterns
  • Depression, anxiety, and insomnia
  • Early childhood trauma
  • Teen screen-related behaviors
  • Loneliness and social isolation

This program is an invitation into conscious recovery—one that honors the body, mind, and spirit as inseparable allies in healing. Whether you are seeking personal transformation or tools to support others, you will leave with practical methods, renewed clarity, and a deeper connection to your innate capacity for awareness, choice, and wholeness.

It’s more than a program or a system, it’s a place of renewal. Through the simple power of food, breath, movement, and community, SuperHbuealth has shown me that healing is possible. Again and Again!”  – Julie King, Participant SuperHealth Workshops

“The SuperHealth course helped me learn simple, practical tools to calm anxiety, strengthen communication, and help my family reset emotionally and mentally. Slowly, I started noticing changes: fewer fights, more laughter, better focus, and even real conversations again.  Kundalini practices gave us a way to pause in a world that never stops.”  – Carolyn Baumert, Participant SuperHealth Workshops

“SuperHealth didn’t just teach me about healthy living; it showed me how spiritual practice and self-care work hand in hand. My Sadhana has become a way to nourish my mind, body, and spirit all at once—a daily reminder to live with awareness and compassion.”  – Katherine “K.C.” Conifer
