Divine Discoveries: Creative Writing for Transcendence and Flow

This is an invitation into the quiet, sustaining current of creative flow. This program offers a nourishing journey that deepens self-awareness while exploring how yoga, meditation, and breath can support and enliven the writing process. Rooted in presence and curiosity, the experience creates space for insight, expression, and reconnection—to creativity as both practice and prayer.
Participants will be supported through a thoughtful blend of practice, reflection, and shared exploration, including:
- Fellowship with other writers in a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment
- Dedicated time to write, with gentle guidance and supportive feedback
- Peaceful introspection and enhanced self-awareness
- Illuminating and inspirational writing prompts
- Direct instruction on using pranayama and asana to hone concentration, enhance creative flow, and gently unblock obstacles

- Opportunities for sharing, witnessing, and celebration
- Relaxation and joy in the art and craft of writing
- A deepened connection to spirit, and to writing as a source of healing and joy
