In a world that often pulls us in a thousand directions, it can be hard to feel whole—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Many of us are juggling stress, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that something is just… off.
The Radically Balanced Yogi is a weekend immersion designed to help you reconnect with the deeper intelligence of your body, breath, mind, and heart—so you can experience greater clarity, peace, and vitality from within.
Rooted in the ancient yogic model of the Koshas (the five layers of the self), this workshop will guide you through an integrative approach to healing and balance.
In this workshop, you will:
- Discover the 5 layers of the self (Koshas) that make up the human experience.
- Explore how imbalances in different aspects of your being show up, and identify which aspects of yourself are out of alignment.
- Practice simple, powerful techniques—including movement, breathwork, meditation, and self-inquiry—to restore inner balance.
- Learn how to customize a yoga practice and leave with a personalized understanding of how to move toward wholeness in your daily life.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave with practical tools and a deeper sense of what it means to live as a radically balanced yogi.
