Ayurveda is an ancient healing system that most people correlate with how we eat and incorporate certain balancing habits into our lives. “Dosha” is the Ayurvedic language for understanding the elemental (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space) energies that make us each unique in our dietary and lifestyle needs. However, did you know that dosha also influences our personalities, how we behave, and how we show up in relationships?
Join passionately skilled Ayurveda and Yoga practitioner, Hannah Elizabeth Levin, for this insightful weekend exploring the Dosha of Relationships.
You will learn:
- How to understand your own Ayurvedic constitution
- How your constitution relates to elements in other people
- How to create mutually empowering relationships through the wisdom of the elements
- How to support yourself in areas where you may need extra skill building in relating
- How seeing through the lens of dosha brings more compassion, awareness and kindness into your connection with others.
