Join us Thursday, June 19, 2025 7:30-8:30pm for an unforgettable evening with Sayan Ghosh, professional Hindustani classical musician, and an expert in sitar and surbahar (bass sitar) and Loren Oppenhiemer on tabla.

Experience the depth of Ghosh’s musical heritage as he presents ancient ragas and compositions while honoring the rich tradition of his gharana (lineage). Allow yourself to be transported through the timeless melodies of his tradition during this concert.

Sayan Ghosh is a professional Hindustani classical musician, and an expert in sitar and surbahar (bass sitar). He represents the Etawah-Imdadkhani gharana (School of Music). The gharana is the most famous for its long time contribution in sitar and surbahar. He has taken his art and music across the nation and globally.
