Are you ready to take a break from the dis-ease of busyness? It can be challenging to find moments of silence and repose in the midst of work, family, errands and activities. If we get a moment, there is the constant stimulation of the senses and the mind with social and news media available in the palm of our hand. Mindfulness is our portable practice to feel calm and focused throughout the day.

Gain valuable insights into how to surf the ongoing overstimulation of today’s modern world. Learn how to navigate staying present amongst a culture that praises being busy. Together we will create intentional pauses to allow your brain and nervous system to relax and reset.

Walk away with a heightened sense of awareness of the present, with the tools you need to stay calm during a time of an overwhelming influx of information. In this weekend retreat, you will learn how to skillfully navigate these challenges in each moment that they occur.

Learn and Practice:

  • How to cultivate mindfulness throughout your day
  • Learn how to manage overstimulation
  • Integrate presence into your everyday life
  • Create sustainable healthy habits
  • Take home a tool kit of mindfulness practices
