Maria Alfaro, E-RYT, Neurogenic Yoga Trainer and TRE Certification Trainer

Maria Alfaro is a native Italian who lives in California. She has taught Yoga since 1997, and she is also a Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises® (TRE) trainer. Maria leads workshops and trainings nationally and internationally. She is one of two Neurogenic Yoga lead instructors.
