Keri Mangis, E-RYT, CAP, TEDx

Keri Mangis is a TEDx speaker and multi-award-winning author whose work stands at the crossroads of culture, consciousness, and transformation. She challenges the status quo with a clear, courageous voice, calling us to move beyond platitudes and into the deeper work of remaking ourselves in times of crisis.

Her first book, Embodying Soul: A Return to Wholeness, won multiple awards, including the 2020 IPA Award for Mind, Body & Spirit. Her forthcoming book, The Essential Ingredient: Remaking Ourselves in Times of Crisis (Spring 2026), explores how breakdown can serve as a portal to renewal, both personally and collectively.
