Katie Papo (Ambika) is best known for helping people cultivate a genuinely healthy and peaceful relationship with food, regardless of their past struggles.
For over a decade, she’s led the Yoga, Stress, and Food program at yoga retreats, offering a powerful immersion for those seeking lasting transformation in their relationship with stress and food.
Katie is the host of the Binge Eating to Food Freedom podcast, reaching listeners in more than 150 countries. Through her private online courses, she helps individuals overcome long-standing challenges with binge eating, food addiction, and emotional eating — often in record time, and with greater peace and joy than they ever thought possible.
Having personally healed from years of compulsive overeating and disordered eating, Katie believes true food freedom is within reach for anyone.
She has spent many years living in ashrams and is a certified Sivananda Yoga teacher. A longtime supporter of the ashram community, she continues to lead many programs focused on health, stress relief, and deep relaxation.
