Joni Staaf-Stamford, ERYT-500, LPC, NCC
Joni Staaf-Stamford is a yoga and meditation teacher, counselor, and retreat leader with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals toward greater awareness, steadiness, and clarity of mind. Trained through the Kripalu tradition, her work is rooted in classical yogic principles and the understanding that the mind can be trained to become more focused, balanced, and at ease.
She has led yoga teacher trainings since 2016 and developed Plugged into Mindfulness, a program that supports individuals in cultivating attention, emotional awareness, and intentional living across a wide range of settings. Her approach blends contemplative practice, inquiry, and real-world application, helping participants recognize patterns of distraction and return to a more centered, present state.
Joni’s teaching is grounded in the belief that as we learn to steady the mind and observe its tendencies, we naturally begin to experience greater peace, clarity, and connection—within ourselves and in our relationships with others.
