Ivy Ingram M.A.

Ingram, M.A., is an Ayurveda Practitioner, an advanced Yoga Teacher, and a certified Vedic Chant Teacher, with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She has been practicing Ayurveda with a focus on women’s health since 2012 and teaching yoga since 2002. She completed a two-year clinical Ayurveda Practitioner training with world-renowned Dr. Vasant Lad, and studied in India for 6 months at a traditional Ayurveda community where she now lives part of each year. She leads retreats and online programs with a focus on menstrual health and menopause, helping women feel more empowered and at ease in their bodies and spirit.
