Amy Daya Eberhardt

Daya, also known as Amy Eberhardt, MPH, LMT, blends compassion and expertise in her yoga teachings. With a multifaceted background as an Integral Yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, retired massage therapist and hospital integrative health specialist, and Duke-trained health & wellbeing coach, and astrologer, Daya draws upon more than 20 years of health and wellness experience. Certified in Integral Hatha Yoga Levels I & II, Adaptive Yoga, and Therapeutic Restorative Yoga, she teaches the Anatomy and Physiology section for IYINY’s Level I and Adaptive Yoga teachers in training. Daya’s devotion to integrative health and embodied practices motivates her to guide students on an illuminating journey of discovery, exploring the anatomy of yoga through an embodied, integrative approach that connects primary body systems with asanas and introspective, kinesthetic exploration of asana, pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation, fostering a truly transformative and holistic practice.
