The Calm Circuit: Neuro-Yoga Practices for Healing
with M. Mala Cunningham, Ph.D., C-IAYT
January 29 - 31, 2027
Work with your nervous system. Learn to activate your Calm Circuit. Develop your personal RESET toolkit.
Join Dr. Mala Cunningham for a live online workshop on the science and practice of vagus nerve regulation for healing. Drawing on the Neuro-Yoga Psychology Model, you’ll learn how to use neuro-yoga practices to activate the Calm Circuit, the network of brain and vagus nerve pathways that helps your body shift out of stress and into calmness. This workshop provides evidence-based information on neuroscience and yoga concepts, simple ways to assess your own stress and dysregulation, and practical techniques to reset your nervous system and support physical, mental, and emotional healing.
You’ll discover the power of the Calm Circuit and how the Neuro-Yoga Psychology Model and practices support healing, nervous system regulation, immune function, and reduced inflammation.
Dr. Cunningham holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and is a certified yoga therapist. She is the CEO and President of Positive Health Solutions, an author and educator, and the founder of the Neuroscience and Yoga Teacher Training Certification program.
This weekend is offered live on Zoom, January 29–31, 2027, and is recorded. Your registration includes lifetime access to the recording, so a missed session isn’t a lost one.
