Bring your children with you this weekend!

This is a childcare program for guests who come to visit with children ages 5–11!

While you enjoy your program, you can feel confident that the kids will be well looked after by our experienced staff and entertained through a variety of fun activities. Arts and crafts, music, dance, drama, hiking, and games will keep them busy and laughing throughout the weekend. In addition, they’ll learn about ashram life, Integral Yoga, and Sri Swami Satchidananda.

Friday

4–7 pm Registration
6 pm Connect with families and meet in Multi-Purpose Room of Sivananda Hall
6:30–7:30 pm Dinner
7:30–9 pm Team Building activities, Hatha Yoga, deep relaxation, and chanting
9:25 pm Reunite with parents at Sivananda Hall

Saturday

Morning
8–9:45 am Breakfast
9:45–11 am Yoga with Nitya Hatha class, meditation, deep relaxation, inspirational story, and chanting
11 am–12:30 pm LOTUS Tour, story time, and walking around LOTUS Lake
12:45–2 pm Lunch (with parents 12:45–2 pm)

Afternoon
2–3:30 pm Hiking to LOTUS
3:45–4:15 pm Yoga Nidra, meditation, chanting, reading book Moses, and discussions of Bhakti Yoga and the 6 branches of Yoga
4:15–5:15 pm Free Time: games, legos, mandala coloring, playground

Evening
5:30 Dinner and Evening Krishna Das Program (parents have the kids from 5:30 through evening Satsang)

Sunday

Morning
8–9:45 am Breakfast
9:45–10:45 am Chanting, and Yoga with Nitya Hatha class
10:45 am–12 pm Read Everybody Needs a Rock, and hiking mindfully
12–12:30 pm Crafting meditation rock
12:45–2 pm Lunch (with parents 12:45–2 pm)

Afternoon
2–3:30 pm Drive to LOTUS Lake or River for swimming (weather permitting)
3:45–4:15 pm Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Read Listening to My heart
4:15–5:30 pm Free Time: games, legos, mandala coloring, playground
5:30–6:15 pm Crafting pouch for meditation rock
6:30–7:30 Dinner (with parents)

Evening
7:30–8:30 pm Games, legos, mandala coloring, playground
8:30–9:30 pm Yoga with Nitya Hatha class, story from Enlightened Tales
9:30 pm Back to Sivananda Hall for parents to pick up kids

9:45–10:45 am Yoga with Nitya Hatha class, meditation with special rock, Yoga Nidra, and chanting
10:45–11:15 am Read I Am, and craft a self portrait
