Ageless Yoga – Online
with John Schlorholtz, E-RYT 500
April 10 - 11, 2021
Join John Schlorholtz to experience the practice of Ageless Yoga, an approach to Hatha Yoga that promotes increased body awareness and is accessible for all ages and physical conditions. Ageless Yoga offers a whole-body experience of subtle integration, flow, balance, and enhanced resilience. John’s creative, flowing, and relaxed approach invites any body to participate. While promoting spaciousness and integrity of muscles, joints, and breath, John also cultivates subtle physical awareness, deep rest, inner quiet, and good humor.
This online workshop will consist mostly of experiential Hatha classes that will include both chair Yoga and Yoga without chairs. Time for questions and discussion will be included after the class experience.
People of any age who are interested in exploring subtle nuances of body and breath are welcome to participate. Yoga and exercise instructors may learn useful techniques and information about working with seniors and populations who might not easily fit into regular classes.
The workshop may not be appropriate for individuals with severe injuries or disabilities. Please contact info@yogaville.org if you have questions regarding the workshop’s suitability for you.
Live sessions with John on Saturday at 9–11 am and 2–4 pm and Sunday 9–11 am ET.
