A New Year Journey: 18 Days of Yoga and Meditation
with Saci Murphy, E-RYT 500
January 4 - 22, 2027
Practice, Connect, and Transform — One Day at a Time
Start the new year with a simple, meaningful commitment to yourself: 18 days of steady practice, guided by Saci Murphy, Executive Director of Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville.
Each day offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and nurture your well-being through a short contemplative teaching, guided meditation, and an Integral Yoga class you can practice with us or on your own.
Through live Zoom gatherings, we’ll come together to meditate, practice, share, and ask questions. You’ll also receive access to a library of recorded Yoga classes, meditations, and inspiring talks to deepen your practice and support you long after the 18-day journey ends.
Eighteen days. One simple commitment. A fresh start for the year ahead.
Why Join This Journey?
The new year often arrives with good intentions but little structure to help us sustain them. This journey offers a simple way to begin: a daily practice, guidance from an experienced teacher, and a community of fellow practitioners walking alongside you.
Rooted in the Integral Yoga tradition of Sri Swami Satchidananda, these practices support us in cultivating an easeful body, a peaceful mind, and a useful life.
Eighteen days is long enough to experience the benefits of a regular practice and short enough to make a commitment that feels achievable.
Whether you’re beginning a new routine or returning to practices you love, this journey offers the encouragement and structure to help you start the year with greater clarity, balance, and intention.
How It Works
An 18-day guided journey, with live gatherings and six months of access to recorded resources.
Your experience includes:
- Daily Wisdom: Short contemplative teachings to inspire reflection and bring intention into your day.
- Guided Meditation: The same guided meditation each day, so the practice can deepen as the journey unfolds, with a chant sheet to follow along.
- Integral Yoga Classes: A live 30-minute Hatha Yoga class with Saci each day, gentle and accessible, with the practice varying from day to day.
- Chanting: Chant sheets to help you learn the words and join in from home.
- Live Zoom Gatherings with Saci: Two 90-minute evening sessions to meditate, practice, connect with the group, and ask questions.
- A Six-Month Practice Library: Enjoy additional Hatha classes, guided meditations, and Satsang talks at your own pace, giving you resources to continue building your home practice.
The program is designed to fit into everyday life, with a combination of shared live experiences and resources you can enjoy on your own schedule.
Live Zoom Sessions: Daily morning practice, 7:00–7:45 am ET, January 4–22, 2027. Evening gatherings on Tuesday, January 12, and Friday, January 22, 7:00–8:30 pm ET. Can’t join live? Every session is recorded, so you can follow the journey at your own pace.
What You’ll Take With You
